About the Role:

Noa Kalang is seeking a Legal Officer with 3 to 7 years of experience in handling legal documentation, contracts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the organization’s legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting operational activities through legal insight, Follow up of Government Cases. Preparing legal documentation for licenses and sing with statutory authorities, counsels, and regulatory bodies. Identifying legal risks and advising on mitigation strategies.

Monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Managing litigations and representing the organization in legal proceedings. Conducting case studies, legal research, and court visit.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution. 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal environment. Sound knowledge of Contract Law and statutory compliances.

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal matters simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
