Preparing of HIRA/RA and Fire Protection Manual.
Preparing of All SHEF report (Daily, Monthly & MIS Report).
Check and issued all Safety Work Permit & Locations.
Accident /Incident Investigation/Route Cause Analysis/Preparing of summary /Statics and CAPA.
Follow up with HR Department for Legal Document/ Statutory compliance / Third party document related of SHEF Depart.
Organized Annual Health check up camp of Employees those who are engaged for critical work (Prior approval for HSE & Plant Head).
