Job Description

Technical Skills :- Landscape Architect with sound knowledge in Concept making, Designing principles etc.,

Candidate shall possess minimum 6 years of post qualification experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, Power Point Presentation, Walkthrough etc. Knowledge in 3D Max is an added advantage

2. Responsible for Creating plans, designs and drawings using computer-aided design programs. Candidate should be competent to present the drawings and PPT to the client expectation.

3. Directing landscape Designers, CAD technicians and civil staff engaged in the project design.

4. Acts as primary client contact including facilitating work with other project team members/consultants for all assigned projects.

5. Provides regular project status updates to client, principals, department manager

6. Participates in the development of project goals, procedures and performance standards within the boundaries of the company policy and contract specifications.

7. Performs any additional duties required to support the function of the department and company.
