- responsible for Site Identification, Feasibility Study & Preliminary Due Diligence to Ensure Compliance with Solar Pv Plant Requirements

- identification & Selection of Competent Land Aggregators & Getting Into Mou with Them for Land Acquisition

- coordination with La & Concerned Authorities for Collection of all Relevant Land Documents Including Land Map & Ownership Records Etc.

- co-ordination with State Authorities for Project Registration, Requisite Approvals for Projects Execution & Land Acquisition Including Ceiling, Claus, Stamp Duty Exemption Etc.

- responsible for Execution of Sale / Lease Deeds, Registration & Mutation Activities Post Co-ordination with Legal for Detailed Due Diligence.

- co-ordination with La & Landowners for Smooth Handover of the Land to Project Execution Team with Proper Demarcation, Temporary Fencing & Access, and Approach Roads

- prepare & Ensure Compliance to Land Acquisition Budgets and Plan Methods to Reduce the Same Project By Project

- obtaining Approvals, Noc’s, Go’s, CTO, Cte & other Project Approvals Related to Ongoing and Upcoming Projects.
