Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Ladies Tailor to join our team in Kuwait. As a Ladies Tailor, you will be responsible for creating customized clothing items for our female clientele. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tailoring, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent sewing and pattern-making skills.

Job Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Ladies Tailor is required. Candidates with experience in high-quality bespoke or ready-to-wear fashion are preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred. Formal training or certification in tailoring or fashion design is a plus.

Sewing Skills: Proficiency in using sewing machines and hand sewing techniques to create high-quality clothing items.

Pattern Making: Ability to create and modify patterns to meet the specific measurements and design preferences of clients.

Fabric Knowledge: Familiarity with different types of fabrics, textiles, and materials used in garment making.

Measurement and Fitting: Excellent measurement-taking skills to ensure accurate fittings and alterations.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure precise stitching, finishing, and overall quality of garments.

Creativity: Ability to interpret and execute complex designs, embellishments, and alterations.

Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally and ensure their satisfaction.

Time Management: Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver completed garments on time.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other tailors, designers, and support staff.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing fashion trends and client demands.

Organization: Keep a well-organized workspace and records of client orders and measurements.
