Job Description:

As a Laborer, you will be an essential part of our construction and labor force, contributing to various projects across Bahrain. We are looking for physically fit and motivated individuals who are willing to work in a demanding environment to support our construction and labor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Construction Support: Assist skilled workers and craftsmen with construction tasks, such as digging, lifting, carrying, and site preparation.

Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment as needed.

Site Cleanup: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on construction sites, including debris removal and waste disposal.

Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision, if trained and authorized.

Safety: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members and skilled workers to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for extended periods.

No formal education required; however, previous experience in construction or labor-related work is a plus.

Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Strong work ethic and willingness to work in varying weather conditions.

Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous.

Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic or English.

Reliable and punctual.

Must be eligible to work in Bahrain.
