Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup and preparation of construction sites by loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment as directed by the supervisor.

Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.

Collaborate closely with the construction team to comprehend project plans, tasks, and specific requirements, demonstrating effective communication and coordination throughout the construction process.

Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a secure working environment for all personnel on the construction site.

Support the construction team in various tasks, such as mixing and pouring concrete, assisting with building structures, and performing general maintenance work.

Monitor the quality of materials and report any issues or deviations from the project plans to the supervisor promptly, ensuring the overall quality and integrity of the construction work.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment by clearing debris, removing obstacles, and ensuring the efficient flow of construction activities.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience as a Laborer or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry is preferred.

Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and operating tools and equipment for extended periods.
