Job Description

Understand and follow procedures of the department for proper calibration and use of lab equipment and instruments

Review and report analytical data

The incumbent is assigned duties according to specified procedures and receives detailed instructions on new projects or assignments

Perform routine lab testing with accurate and timely recording of test results into the SAP Quality Management module and utilize lab reference materials and resources for testing

Coordinate the retain sample storage system for the site

Assist

Participate as a member of the QC lab team to outline work schedules and priorities

Ensure that all computer generated reports are maintained and monitored on a consistent basis

Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the care, handling and storage of food products

Conducts routine tests and analyses of product or feedstock samples to determine quality and reliability during manufacturing or product development
