Job Description

Job Profile

Windows Administration preferably Windows server.

Hands on experience on Active directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Endpoints, etc. Knowledge of MS Exchange,

L2 Support for troubleshooting of server hardware and Operating system related issues. Maintaining define policies and security rights over Active Directories (Forest and Domain, Trust relationship, Group policy (in depth), File replication Services, DNS, Client authentication, Certificate (PKI infrastructure).

Responsible for testing and upgrading windows patches on regular basis. Daily/ weekly/ monthly network and server health Infra related MIS reports.

Monitoring & Management of Backup Application. Implementing and administrating network devices, setting and maintaining policies and rights/ security within a Windows Server and Linux environment.

Good Knowledge about Print Server, File Server and WSUS Server.

Good Knowledge Backup types, configuration and Management.

� Configure and install various network devices and services (., routers, switches)

� Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations

� Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability

� Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning

� Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure

� Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the companys security team

� Raise issues with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
