Role & responsibilities
Reporting into the Director-HR, India, the role holder is responsible for leading
the design, delivery, and evaluation of all learning initiatives for the India offices.
This role will ensure that learning and development strategies are aligned with
business objectives, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and
enhance organizational performance

The role involves collaborating with senior leadership and various department
heads to identify skill gaps and implement innovative solutions to develop talent
at all levels.
• Design and deliver business skills courses aligned with the Firms
objectives and strategy
• Lead the L&D function to support the offices growth by enhancing employee skills, performance, and leadership capabilities.
• Participation in the conceptualization and delivery of global learning interventions, working closely with the global academy team. Provide regional business professional perspectives to ensure the comprehensiveness of these programs.
• Facilitate leadership development programmes, presenting credibly to participants at all levels, including senior-level audiences
• Work closely with Head of the Departments, Team Managers, Business HR Partners and Global Academy team to assess learning and development needs and implement programmes that meet the objectives
• Partner with subject matter experts to create relevant content tailored to business needs.
• Ensure that new hires and current employees are learning new skills quickly and developing expertise in the relevant areas
• Introduce innovative learning methodologies, including digital learning platforms, coaching, mentoring, and experiential learning.
• Working with Procurement team to commission external training providers, whether for classroom courses or online courses.
• Partner with the Talent team and the HRBPs to ensure key talent is retained and developed.
