Work closely with cross functions to exercise short term and long-term succession plan at all levels; responsible to identify hi-pots, fast tracker & Pot 1 and to devise career path to develop employees to next level through IDP (70:20:10 learning module) to fulfill talent gaps versus business needs.
Conceptualizing & making training, learning & development initiatives via identifying training needs, customizing internal training programs, and coordinating the external programs.
Responsible for Learning & Development Management right from training need identification to training effectiveness monitoring.
Creating Training plan with budget based on organizational training needs received by functional head & top management and implementing mandatory training for each job position (Technical / Functional / Behavioral / General).
Responsible to cover 2 man-day per person per year in training.
Should have very good communication and presentation skills.
