We are seeking an experienced Senior Kronos Consultant with more than 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Kronos workforce management solutions. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier workforce management solutions to our clients. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and maximizing the value our clients derive from their Kronos systems.
Responsibilities:
Consulting Leadership: Lead and participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of Kronos solutions for our clients. Provide expert guidance on best practices, industry trends, and innovative approaches to workforce management.
Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business requirements and design tailored Kronos solutions that align with their workforce management goals.
Configuration and Implementation: Configure Kronos modules, including timekeeping, scheduling, labor analytics, and absence management, based on client specifications. Drive the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Clearly communicate project progress, timelines, and potential challenges to stakeholders.
Project Management: Lead and manage Kronos implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. Provide project status updates, manage resources, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
Training and Knowledge Transfer: Train client teams on Kronos system functionality, administration, and best practices. Ensure clients have the necessary skills to effectively use and maintain the Kronos solution.
