Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and dicing

- Assist cooks and chefs with food preparation and cooking

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Follow recipes and menu guidelines

- Operate kitchen equipment, such as ovens, stoves, and dishwashers

- Store and rotate food supplies

- Assist with plating and garnishing dishes

- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to meet service deadlines

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in a kitchen environment (or related field)

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment

Working Conditions:

- Work will be performed in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- May be required to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
