Responsibilities for Kitchen Manager:-
Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing.
Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast, needs, and oversee ordering as necessary.
Address customer needs, comments and complaints.
Deliver superior guest services and respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints.
Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.
Greeting and advising customers.
Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability and order products as necessary.
Manage and oversee the entire kitchen operations.
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity. Manage kitchens good image and suggest ways to improve it.
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future kitchen operations. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
