Position: Kitchen Manager

Salary Slab: Rs. 16,000 20,000 (per month)

Education & Experience credentials:

1. Graduate (Diploma in hotel management )

2. Graduate

3. Minimum work experience in food industry for 2 years and above

4. Restaurant & kitchen management experience in a high volume food service unit

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Thorough knowledge of institutional or commercial food service management

procedures and practices.

2. Ability to control and manage food service operations.

3. Ability to supervise the kitchen staff

4. Ability to prepare work schedules for employees and to instruct subordinates in food

service procedures.

5. Maintain operating and general records & reports.

6. Vendor management

KRA :

1. Provides overall management for the entire production unit of kitchen

2. Plans, organizes, assigns, and supervises the work of a number of diversified

personnel engaged in food preparation and service.

3. Observes quality of food service and gives instructions for maintenance of high

standards.

4. Reviews inventory and requisitions and purchases food supplies as required; makes

direct special purchases.

5. Assigns and trains personnel and determines work schedules.
