Dishwashing: Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Kitchen Organization: Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, including storage areas and workstations.

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and replenishing kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.

Assist Chefs: Support chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks, including plating dishes, garnishing, and ensuring food quality.

Food Safety: Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Waste Management: Dispose of kitchen waste properly and in accordance with company procedures.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely food service.

Qualifications:

No formal education is required, but previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is a plus.

Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Strong work ethic and a willingness to take on various tasks as needed.

Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is advantageous.

Reliable and punctual.

Must be eligible to work in Mauritius.
