Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.

Follow recipes and ensure consistent food quality.

Handle ingredients and raw materials with care, ensuring proper storage and sanitation.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

Assist in setting up and organizing cooking stations before and after each shift.

Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens, following safety protocols.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.

Participate in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.

Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Basic understanding of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong communication skills to effectively work with the kitchen team.

Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff.

Attention to detail to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation.

Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure.

Knowledge of local food safety regulations is a plus.
