Responsibilities:

• Follow & comply with teaching standards and safety regulations

• Create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere in the classroom

• Maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the classroom.

• Monitoring the student’s behavior throughout the day including break hours.

• Facilitating the all-round development of all children, enabling them to reach their full potential

• Maintaining objective, accurate and up-to-date progress records for future planning

• Observing and updating the child’s care record and tracking their development within the Nursery

• Responding sensitively to a child’s feelings and behaviors and meeting emotional needs

• Empowering children to feel responsible and involving them actively in their own learning

• Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities, etc) to motivate and stimulate children's abilities

• Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information

• Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem

Requirements & skills:

• Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school’s policies and procedures

• Fluency in English is Mandatory

• Must possess excellent written and communication Skills

• Must have good Interpersonal skills

• Should be good at extra-curricular activities

• Must have Passion to work with kids

• Must be enthusiastic and open to learning in the new environment
