Responsibilities:

Follow & comply with teaching standards and safety regulations

Create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere in the classroom

Maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the classroom.

Monitoring the students behavior throughout the day including break hours.

Facilitating the all-round development of all children, enabling them to reach their full potential

Maintaining objective, accurate and up-to-date progress records for future planning

Observing and updating the childs care record and tracking their development within the Nursery

Responding sensitively to a childs feelings and behaviors and meeting emotional needs

Empowering children to feel responsible and involving them actively in their own learning

Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities, etc) to motivate and stimulate children's abilities

Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information

Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem

Requirements & skills:

Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the schools policies and procedures

Fluency in English is Mandatory

Must possess excellent written and communication Skills

Must have good Interpersonal skills

Should be good at extra-curricular activities

Must have Passion to work with kids

Must be enthusiastic and open to learning in the new environment
