Kindergarten Teacher (Female Candidates Preferred)

To help students learn the basics of school and prepare them for first grade. Their responsibilities include:

Teaching

Introduce students to subjects like reading, writing, math, letter recognition, phonics, and science, as well as social and emotional skills

Lesson planning

Create weekly lesson plans that integrate goals and objectives, and use a variety of approaches and tools to keep lessons engaging

Classroom management

Create a safe and supportive environment, enforce rules, and model positive behavior

Student assessment

Observe and assess students' performance, skill, behavior, and social development, and look for potential issues

Communication

Discuss students' needs with parents and administrators, and communicate subject content to students in a way they can understand

Other responsibilities

Maintain grades, encourage creativity, and work closely with other staff.
