Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and creative Kindergarten Teacher to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the curriculum, focusing on early literacy, numeracy, social skills, and creative expression.

2. Develop and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere, fostering respect, collaboration, and a love for learning.

3. Implement and monitor individualized student progress plans, working closely with parents, school administrators, and support staff to ensure each child's success.

4. Assess students' development and learning regularly, providing constructive feedback to parents and making necessary adjustments to teaching strategies.

5. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior, ensuring compliance with school policies and legal requirements.

6. Establish and enforce classroom rules and routines, promoting discipline and responsibility while addressing any behavioral concerns.

7. Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events to stay current with best practices and contribute to a strong school community.

8. Effectively communicate with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress, and collaborating on strategies to support their child's development.

9. Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate learning environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of students at all times.

10. Demonstrate a commitment to the school's mission and values, actively contributing to a positive school culture.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
