We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kindergarten Coordinator to lead our early childhood education program. Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for kindergarten that aligns with educational standards.
Oversee the daily operations of the kindergarten program, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Supervise and support teaching staff in their professional development and classroom management.
Engage with parents and guardians to foster positive relationships and communicate children's progress.
Conduct regular assessments of children's development and learning, adjusting programs as needed.
Organize and facilitate staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions for continuous improvement.
Manage budgets, resources, and supplies to ensure effective program delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of child development theories and practices in the Indian context.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and staff.
Proficiency in curriculum development and assessment tools for early childhood education.
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
