Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Jaipur that offers some work from home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with clients. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategic sales plans, conducting market research, and analyzing sales data to ensure sales targets are met.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and market analysis
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Understanding of customer needs and market trends
Experience in the financial technology industry or related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
