The Job Description for Key Accounts Manager (Software Product) is described as below:
1. Responsible to liaise with the client, as well as vendors, on behalf of relevant stakeholders (internal technical team, client SPOC)
2. Will be responsible for cohesively planning, creating, and managing key client meetings and interactions
3. Will also be responsible for daily/weekly/monthly tasks pertaining to Client interaction, meetings, presentations and liaising with both internal personnel and clients to ensure successful completion of meetings or assigned tasks
4. Will work closely with PMs for L2 and L3 communication (phone, email and in-person meeting) with clients on technical requirements, queries, review meetings, project escalations and will act as a go-between for internal developers and clients
5. Will be responsible for maintaining a thorough record of all communication point 4 and be prepared to present it to Senior Management periodically to take stock of Key Client Accounts
6. Will be responsible to spruce up and update all marketing paraphernalia Company Profile, Technical capabilities profile, Team profile etc
7. Will be responsible to conduct periodical training sessions with SPOC and development team on effective client interaction and work closely with SPOC team to understand challenges and roadblocks pertaining to Account Management
Requirements:
1. Graduate with engineering(BTech)+ MBA (Advantage)
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an EA in an IT and Software Services company
3. In case applying incumbent is exceptional yet lacking in IT and Software company experience, requisite training shall be provided
4. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
5. Mumbai-based and willing to travel for client meetings in Mumbai and other cities
6. Proficient in MS Office Suite
