As a B2B Key Account Manager for the Products division, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through the upselling (existing / newly developed / ideating) of our product features. You will serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, understanding their needs, and providing relevant market research gatherings to tailor-make additions to the product implementation for those clients.
This role requires a deep understanding of the HRMS landscape, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position offerings and maximize value for clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree plus).
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a technology or software industry. HRIT experience a major plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of an organization.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to address client needs.
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving client satisfaction.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events or conferences.
