Position Title: Executive/ Assistant Manager- KAM

Role Purpose Statement:

The incumbent would be responsible for attending customer calls, creating & managing new institutional/large customers Managing and increasing share of business of existing customers.

Main Accountabilities:

 Drive CRM Strategy aimed at encouraging Client retention and loyalty.

 To track and note every customer, to collect data.

 Analyse every customer business growth monthly and yearly

 Targeting and acquiring competitors’ customers.

 Winning/ regaining-back lost customers.

 Maximizing customer lifetime value strategies.

 Customers data compilation

 Creating pipeline of new customers, cold calling, arranging appointment for meeting.

 Responsible for fist level negotiation.

 Responsible for customer service of Key accounts.

 Answer Inbound Customer Service Call as well as Key Customers who have specific queries.

 Developing and managing new Key Accounts.

 Attending RFQ/ customer call, customer complaints etc..

 Prepare report and MIS as per required format on daily basis.

 Take care of concerns raised by key customers and help them with solution over email or phone.

 To coordinate with internal team to find the status and get it resolved before replying to customers

 Preparing proposal and submission to prospective clients.

 On-time bill submission and follow-up for payment realization from key customer

 Managing good relations with the customers.

 Customer visits for developing & strengthening relationships for retaining and increasing business as an when required.

 Calling the existing customers for payment follow-ups and to understand if at all they need additional support from our end

Qualification:

 Education- Any Graduate Degree,MBA

 Experience- Total 4 -7 years.
