Key Account Manager – With MIS and analytical skills
Job Purpose To provide support in operations for the transport of orders placed by customers by follow ups with vendors, PO-PI Reconciliation and keeping customers up to date regarding the status of delivery. To support Supply Chain in inventory management in order to liquidate pending stock into appropriate channels.
Key Result Areas
• Responsible for managing the Various clients ERP & Sales tool.
• Increasing the monthly revenue by activating maximum numbers of SKUs on e-commerce tool.
• Should able to execute the orders on daily basis through ERP & Business tool.
• Analyse the data on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
• Tracking the inventory status of various brands & its products & activating and deactivating the SKUs on ERP & Client tool on daily basis to avoid any miss sell.
• Support supply chain in identifying appropriate channels to liquidate pending stock in inventory.
• Customer coordination Responsible for PO generation for booked stocks.
• Identify causes of delays in delivery and keep customers informed regarding same.
• Resolves any queries raised by customers regarding delivery status of stock. Support in PPM development Prepare monthly billing & execution plan to enable development of Pre production Plan.
• Responsible for customer code creation in coordination with Accounts.
• MIS reports
• MIS Executive in E-commerce experience mandatory.
• MIS Experience related to products mandatory.
