Note : Need to work under senior staff and work accordingly without any hesitation

System management: Managing systems, including Windows, Linux, or Mac, and ensuring they are running optimally

Software and hardware: Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware, including servers, workstations, and peripheral devices

Security: Performing security audits and monitoring, and ensuring compliance with security policies

Technical support: Providing technical assistance to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues

User administration: Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights

Network management: Overseeing the functionality of network components such as routers, switches, and firewalls

Backups and restores: Performing daily security backups and restores to prevent data loss

Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes

Cybersecurity: Setting up and maintaining strong cybersecurity protocols, including patching vulnerabilities and following best practices

Single sign-on (SSO): Overseeing the company's SSO guidelines and processes
