An International Real Estate Company is looking for a Junior Property Developer for the location of BKC Bandra, Mumbai.
The position is with an international company for its operations based in Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Identifying opportunities to purchase various real estate assets which offer an opportunity to add value through investment and development
2. Writing business plans to be presented at the Board level, which clearly communicates the real estate market context, the financials of the proposed transaction, accurate projections of cost, timelines and investor returns
3. Managing the acquisition process through liaising with a team of third-party service providers to ensure all structuring, taxation, legal compliance and financial due diligence are in order
4. Managing relationships with external partners, brokers, and end-users/clients to obtain and maintain up-to-date real estate market information
5. Manage the delivery of value-add construction processes through to the Practical Completion of a project
6. Oversee the disposal of the stabilized asset via on- or off-market sale transaction
7. Ensuring the pipeline of prospective and ongoing projects is sufficient to deliver a constant workstream
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Excellent writing and research skills but also can make brief, concise presentations of key findings
2. Strong analytical and IT skills (MS Word, Excel at a minimum)
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Knowledge or background in the real estate industry in Mumbai is a must
5. A member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or a candidate who is actively working towards this designation would be looked upon particularly favorably
Education:
UG or PG (Any Postgraduate, PG in Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM)
Experience: Required 2-4 years of experience in the relevant filed
Salary: Rs 12,00,000/- to 18,00,000/- pa
