Junior Merchandiser

We are seeking a Junior Merchandiser with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the merchandising process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the planning and development of merchandise strategies

- Monitoring inventory levels and making recommendations for stock adjustments

- Analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities

- Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and terms

- Communicating with internal teams to ensure merchandise is displayed and promoted effectively

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising or retail management

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
