Major Job Responsibilities:

• Able to carry out Preventive/Predictive/Break down Maintenance of chemical Equipments

• Hand on experience in Installation and Maintenance of Glass lined Reactors/Stainless Steel reactor

• Hands on Experience in Assembling and maintaining Glass lines and Graphite Equipments

• Should able to diagnose and trouble shoot problems in different types of Pumps, Blowers, Filter Press and ANFs.

• Able to Fabricate and fitting of different MOC Pipe lines like PPR/PPH and PP/FRP/HDPE.

• Utilizing shears, power saws, cutting torches, and chipper knives to cut structural components as needed.

• Creating a suitable maintenance schedule and performing system maintenance accordingly.

• Conducting diagnostic testing on malfunctioning systems to determine the root cause of the malfunction.

• Replacing damaged or defective structural components as needed.

• Adhering to all work-site safety rules and regulations.

• Teamwork, as a mechanical fitter may be required to collaborate with other fitters on larger projects

• Compliance with Company’s Health & Safety policy and procedures.

• Flexible to transfer to any other duties considered necessary to meet the needs of the business.
