Job Description

Preparing bill of quantities and contracting of work

Preparing bills for payments and estimating quantities & order of materials for construction.

Analysis of rates of Non BOQ items.

Planning the work execution and monitoring the daily activity of construction

Inspecting the work as per architectural & structural drawing and maintaining the record of inspection.

Record of executed work . reports after execution, daily progress report.

Execution of the work as like excavation of building for foundation, Layout of the building, Rcc work and shuttering fixing and leveling as per drawing and specifications.

Handled Auto Level and Executed the Surveying Work.

Layouts of plan, marking & setting out of building.

Active involvement in project concept preparation inputs.

Systematic working with the target of Zero Accident and implement the standards down the line to ensure the target of Zero incident.

Implementation of Quality Assurance Plan.

Monitor and control actual expenditure with budget and ensure completion of the works within budgeted cost.

Timely Estimating & Billing, Excellent knowledge of BBS.

Project Micro Planning & Scheduling.

Rate analysis.

Coordinating and scheduling of daily progress.

Maintain the work progress at site with emphasis on quality work.

Controlling and monitoring the wastage of manpower and materials.

Maintaining daily work done report and labour reports.

Continuous communication with head office for work progress.

DPR, Client Bill preparation , Checking Sub contractor bills etc

To check Quantities considered in the various contractors running account Bills.

Checking and approving the quantities for the extra items / Substituted items.

Checking and approving the rate analysis for the extra items.

Checking the final quantities and approving the quantities of the final bills.
