Job Description

Procure and manage consultants and contractors, and initiate and develop comprehensive construction contract documents.

design, civil engineering, structural, HVAC, and construction aspects.

Conduct systems engineering surveillance on GPS satellite design and build for the DoD.

Visit customer sites for installation and troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, PC, and SCADA systems.

Work in a variety of projects, including bridge repair, interchange rehab/construction, paving projects, concrete slab replacement.

Track contractor deadlines for submittals require for schedule material delivery.

Provide input for the management of traffic management policies according to MUTCD specifications.

Track and obtain all project submittals and distribute accordingly for architect/engineer and owner approvals.

Prepare Powerpoint presentation on Caltrans policy and procedures on freeway maintenance and present to foreign delegates.
