- Provide counseling and emotional support to employees dealing with stress, anxiety, or personal challenges related to their work or personal life.

- Act as a point of contact for employees who need advice or support related to their mental health and well-being.

- Assist in resolving interpersonal conflicts among employees, promoting a positive and harmonious work environment.

- Mediate disputes between team members, supervisors, or other departments to ensure productive and respectful communication.

- Provide career counseling and guidance to employees on career paths, skill development, and growth opportunities within the company.

- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that they feel welcomed, supported, and integrated into the company culture.

- Help design and distribute employee satisfaction surveys to gather feedback on workplace issues, employee morale, and company culture.

- Support the promotion of a healthy work-life balance and advocate for initiatives that enhance the physical and mental health of employees.

- Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions, employee interactions, and any related actions taken to support the well-being of employees.

- Educate employees about company policies, including work hours, health benefits, safety standards, and conflict resolution procedures.

- Work closely with the HR department to identify employee needs and provide appropriate resources and support.

- Act as an advocate for employees, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed by the appropriate management team.

- Ensure all counseling practices are conducted ethically and in compliance with legal standards.

- Stay updated on relevant labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to employee support and counseling in the construction industry.

- Track employee engagement and satisfaction levels, and report trends or emerging issues to senior management.
