Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Build relationships with prospective clients.
2. Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
3. Manage sales pipeline
4. Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
5. Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
6. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
7. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
8. Suggest upgrades services that may be of interest to clients.
9. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
10. Negotiating with clients to secure the most manageable prices.
11. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
Requirements:
1. Good communication skills
2. Basic Knowledge of computer
3. MS Office
Qualifications:
1. MBA in sales and marketing
2. Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
3. Strong negotiation skills
4. Strong communication and presentation skills
5. CRM experience is preferred
Stipend: 10,000(depending upon skills and knowledge)
WFO: On-site preference
