Job Description

Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude, both in person and on the phone.

Explain to customers how our gold loan services work and answer their questions.

Help customers fill out loan application forms and collect necessary documents.

Check the gold customers bring in for loans, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in processing loan applications quickly and accurately following company policies.

Learn about gold market trends, loan rates, and industry regulations to provide better service.

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction.

Solve customer problems quickly and escalate complex issues to senior staff.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.

What We Need:
