*Should be a qualified architect with the minimum 2 years of experience with developer firm

*Designing of High-rise residential buildings, planning master layout.

*Should be able to handle projects from designing to completion.

*Knowledge of SRA, redevelopment & DCR.

*Knowledge of municipal proposal drawings.

*Experience in Feasibility report, rera compliance, execution knowledge.

*Should be coordinate with consultant & site engineers.

*Checking municipal drawings before submission area calculation and good for construction drawings to conduct meetings and co-ordinate.
