Job Description

For our office in Western Mumbai (Goregaon), we are looking for talented and highly motivated architects with at least three years of practical experience.

The candidates should have:

- a strong sense of design philosophy.

- excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.

- the capability in communicating and visualising concepts (by hand and/ or by computer).

- proficiency in preparing design drawings as per clients brief.

- knowledge of preparing design presentations, material mood boards, BOQs and detailed GFC drawings.

- excellent coordination skills. Be able to effectively coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and manufacturers.

- the ability to carry forward a project from concept to construction with thorough detailing and specifications.

- the ability to strictly manage project budgets and work towards meeting tight deadlines.
