Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.

Record daily financial transactions into the accounting system.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements.

Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices.

Bank Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank statements with company records.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed.

Financial Reporting:

Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.

Support the preparation of financial statements and other reports.

Expense Tracking:

Monitor and record company expenses.

Assist in budget tracking and cost analysis.

Compliance and Audits:

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Assist in internal and external audit processes as required.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the accounting team.

Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
