Key Responsibilities:
�� Dispense medication and other medical supplies to patients in the hospital
�� Interpret prescription orders and ensure accuracy of medication preparation and dispensation
�� Maintain inventory of drugs and supplies
�� Ensure proper storage and handling of drugs
�� Advise healthcare professionals on drug usage, dosage, and interactions
�� Respond to patients' medication-related inquiries and concerns
�� Participate in medication-related quality improvement initiatives
�� Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records
�� Monitor and manage medication-related side effects and adverse reactions
Qualifications:
�� Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Pharmacy
�� Must not be a registered pharmacist
�� Fresher in hospital pharmacy
�� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
�� Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
�� Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
�� Knowledge of medication and medical supplies used in a hospital setting
