We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Juice Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating refreshing and nutritious beverages. This role requires a strong understanding of different fruits and vegetables, their nutritional values, and the ability to combine them to produce delicious and visually appealing juice blends.

Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of fresh juices and smoothies according to customer preferences and company standards.

Ensure that all juices are made with the freshest ingredients and are of the highest quality.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the juice preparation area, including proper storage and handling of fruits and vegetables.

Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide recommendations based on their tastes and dietary requirements.

Monitor and manage inventory to ensure an adequate supply of fresh ingredients at all times.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and operating kitchen equipment.

Collaborate with the management team to develop new and innovative juice recipes to expand the menu offerings.

Train and mentor junior staff members on juice preparation techniques and customer service skills.

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Juice Maker or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.

In-depth knowledge of various fruits, vegetables, and their nutritional benefits.

Strong understanding of food safety practices and health regulations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing new juice recipes.

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to work effectively with other kitchen staff.

Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and lift
