JD for JRE role :

* Branch Operations.

* Canvassing and sourcing New Customers to increase Gold loan Business.

* Revenue generations through Cross-Selling products & Interest Collection.

* Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.

* Customer Relationship and Follow-up, Maintenance of important registers and daily reports, Cash Management and accounting Direct Marketing of Cross-selling products at branches for insurance/mutual fund/Personal Loan/Home Loan and other allied products.

* Collecting, Checking and Verifying the Gold.

* Detailing the customer about available loan schemes.

* Documentation, posting and updating the system.

* Preparation of daily statement, printout, setting of vouchers.

* Filing of vouchers, cash book, statement, advice and other accounting works.

* Taking care of movement of Cheques / cash handling.

Should have excellent written and verbal communication.

Should be presentable.

Sales Experience is preferred.

Age Criteria- Between 20- 30
