Responsibilities:-

• Work as a support wing to the marketing department and coordinate and maintain the database of the clients .

• Draft mails and Correspond with the clients over the mails for the updates on interview schedules/ postponement or any other updates

and communicate the same to the concerned department for necessary action.

• Coordinate with other internal members over and/or emails and/or phone calls for the updates on the client requirements and

ensure to get the changes implemented.

• Identify ways to improve the operation of own area and to achieve efficiency and results and assists in process improvement.

• Monitoring and reviewing coordination with internal team.

Requirement:

• Must have 4+ years of experience in ANY INDUSTRY- operations.

• Communication and written skills in English must be Good

• Must Have proficiency with computer in typing, excel, Google, word, etc.

• This would also require client handling and documentation
