• Manage the email marketing channel and panel

• Handle all the outgoing email marketing initiatives on a month on month basis

• Assist in writing engaging content for social media and paid campaigns

• Assist with regular updates to optimize paid campaigns

• Maintain a daily track of digital leads received through each channel

• Co-ordinate with the department heads to maintain an MIS of the sales lead closures on a weekly / monthly basis

• Prepare daily reports on lead feedback received from tele-callers and the sales team
