generation of sales bill

 maintaining of sales records as per standardization

 purchase bills booking after approval(entry into tally )

 petty cash maintenance and making vouchers accordingly

 site expenses

 prepare creditors due payment list

 payments of mseb, telephone bills

 release payments of creditors as per approval

 bank statement update

 filling of bills and other documents accordingly

 follow up for payment recovery

post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

 assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial

statements

 assist with reviewing of expenses and others as assigned

 prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

 assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.

 bank reconciliation, tds calculation, gst preparation and reconciliation
