Connecting all registered students over calls.

Enrolling students for suitable Knowledge Transfer(KT) sessions.

Delivering Knowledge Transfer(KT) sessions

Helping students to create profiles in the Learning Management System(LMS).

Walkthrough the Learning Management System(LMS) platform.

Handling Question and Answers on Learning Management System(LMS), Courses, duration and any other related information requested by students.

Learning Management System(LMS) Live chat support to enrolled students.

Liaison between students and other respective stakeholders.

Handling last minute requirements in a positive manner.

Good in coordination, team player & other activities assigned in a timely manner.

● Minimum Qualification: Any undergraduate

● Experience: 1-2 Year experience in handling Knowledge Transfer(KT), Support & Live sessions.

● Strong Verbal & written communication skills.

● Rotational shifts/Weekoffs.

● Preferred: Females.

● Location: Bangalore
