Help customers with their technical issues and sell our Tech Support Subscription plan and products.
Selling and cross-selling brand products and services of Microsoft, HP, Dell, Avast etc.
Responsible for effectively handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service.
Maintaining Consistent Productivity and consistently achieving assigned targets.
Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
Meet Call Quality requirements according to Call Monitoring Guidelines.
Effective presenter, negotiator, collaborator & deal closer
Creating and Monitoring Sales Pipeline & achieving the assigned Goals & Targets
Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Implementation & Rapport Building
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationship

Proven work experience as a sales representative
