Jive Plugin installation and upgrade.

Adding Transparent Network Substrate (TNS) entry interfaces for database access for Jive server.

Co-ordination with System Administrator (SA) team to install software on JIVE server.

Mandatory: Java, J2EE, Unix, Jive Administration

Hands on experience on Jive and Administration, Requires an expert understanding of application systems. Has excellent knowledge of business systems and has specific knowledge of the functions supported as well as their associated functions.

Ability to analyze, develop and implement complex programming solutions necessary

Health Check of file space, CPU utilization and memory on JIVE servers

Health check of JIVE services

Start stop of Jive Services

Trouble Shoot Jive application issues, Jive user issues.

For complex issues team would coordinate with Citi L3, Engineering and JIVE Vendor for root cause analysis and fix

Preparation of COB plan.

Verify JIVE COB environment builds and configurations for identified application participating in COB test

Experience working with Vendors on product troubleshooting

Must be customer oriented, able to interact with different teams, vendors, and a good team player.
