In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect jewelry pieces, and contributing to the store's sales and growth. Ideal candidates should possess a strong interest in jewelry, fashion trends, and luxury products, with a focus on building relationships with clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized and attentive customer service to clients, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Assist customers in selecting jewelry based on their preferences, needs, and budget.

Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers about gemstones, metals, and jewelry care.

Manage inventory, restock displays, and ensure that the sales floor is visually appealing.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering repeat business.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and positive manner.

Support with store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives as needed.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive and high-performing sales environment.
