This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Jewelry Consultant. The Jewelry Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting jewelry items, and offering guidance on style, trends, and customization options. The Jewelry Consultant will also handle sales transactions, maintain inventory, and contribute to the overall store operations.

Qualifications

Prior experience in jewelry sales or customer service

Good knowledge of different types of jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work well in a team and individually

Customer-focused mindset and ability to build relationships with clients

Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed

High school diploma or equivalent

Relevant certifications or training in jewelry sales and gemology are a plus.
