We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our jewellery store in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting sales, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers with selecting jewellery pieces, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations.

Sales Generation: Drive sales through excellent customer service, upselling, and promoting ongoing offers or new arrivals.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest jewellery designs, types of stones, metal quality, and pricing details to effectively answer customer queries.

Store Management: Ensure proper display and arrangement of jewellery items to attract customers.

Billing and Payments: Handle billing transactions accurately and efficiently, and assist customers with payment procedures.

Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, report low stock items, and assist in replenishing stock as required.

Customer Relationship: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing personalized services and post-sale follow-ups.

Sales Reporting: Maintain sales reports and contribute to meeting the sales targets set by the store management.
